Words matter. Chris and I know firsthand how a simple inspiring intention like “Peace” or a phrase such as, “Don’t wobble,” can shift life on a better path. We learned by my dad’s example: “Do what you love.” Losing people we love suddenly and tragically taught us life IS short: “Create the life you want + start now.”

STEP 1: WHAT DO YOU WANT TO CREATE IN YOUR LIFE?
Deep down, your soul knows what you really want to do and how you want to be … and with focused action, you can change your life for the better. You’ll know your obstacles — just listen for the negative voice in your head that talks you out of trying — the stuff you’d probably never say to someone else, like, “It’s too hard, too scary, too overwhelming, you’re unloveable, you’re not good enough, you’re not worthy” … etc. Then realize none of those things are true. Each of us has potential to grow and improve. “All things are possible.”
